Salary Range: From CAD $80,000 – $90,000 annually depending on the level of experience the candidate has.

The ICC head office is in downtown Toronto, with some team members working remotely in various locations. We have satellite offices in Ottawa and continue to grow across Canada.
About the Role:
The Partnership Account Manager will be responsible for managing corporate sponsorship accounts (e.g., titled and supporting sponsors that are financial services, telecom, airlines, hotels, retailers, and CPG), ensuring the delivery of contractual commitments, and executing marketing copywriting deliverables. This role is perfect for you if you have proven experience in partner servicing, a creative and analytical mindset to develop engaging content, stellar project management skills, and can deliver insightful analytics.
What you’ll love about this role / responsibilities:
- Account Management:
– Manage and nurture relationships with corporate sponsors, acting as the day-to-day point of contact.
– Ensure all contractual commitments are met, and deliverables are executed as per SLAs and KPIs provided.
– Regularly communicate with partners to provide updates, gather feedback, execute on deliverables, and address any issues.
– Work with internal and external stakeholders (including marketing, ceremonies, philanthropy, insights & ideation, agencies, analytics, freelancers, product teams and legal) to consolidate feedback and delivery projects in a timely manner.
- Contractual Deliverables:
– Oversee and coordinate the fulfillment of all sponsorship agreement terms and conditions including SLAs and KPIs provided.
– Track and ensure timely delivery of all contractual obligations.
– Maintain detailed records of all sponsorship activities and deliverables.
- Marketing Deliverables:
– Collaborate with internal and external teams (including marketing, ceremonies, philanthropy, insights & ideation, agencies, analytics, freelancers, product teams and legal) to create and deliver compelling marketing materials that aligns with sponsor objectives and ICC/Canoo brand guidelines.
– Manage the content development process, from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
– Oversee the production of marketing materials, including digital content, print materials, and event collateral leveraging best practices, trends and insights.
- Content/Copy Creation:
– Write and edit compelling copy for marketing and sales aligned with brand guidelines.
– Develop engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including social media, email, in-app, newsletters, websites, print and more.
– Identify gaps, performance issues and optimization opportunities while editing existing content (i.e., improve open and click-through rates for partners)
– Work with internal and external designers and agencies to produce high-quality content that meets sponsor needs.
– Create and manage detailed work plans including timelines for delivery.
- Reporting and Analysis:
– Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and sponsorship activities across all our channels.
– Prepare detailed reports for sponsors, highlighting key achievements, key metrics, insights and trends.
– Utilize analytics to refine and improve future marketing strategies and sponsorship activations.
What we’re looking for in the perfect candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experienced in financial services, telecom, airlines, hotels, retailers, and/or CPG is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partnership account management, corporate sponsorship, or related roles.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing execution, design, content creation or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
- Experience working with style guides & content management systems and website publishing platforms (ex. Wordpress, Webflow)
Strategic capabilities:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of managing corporate accounts and delivering on contractual commitments.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proven ability to co-ordinate successful projects between members of multiple teams.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Creative and analytical mindset, with experience in marketing analytics.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, research and proofreading skills
Bonus Points If You Have
- Understanding of Canadian newcomer journeys and barriers to integration.
- Proven experience writing effective sales copy in a D2C environment.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, tactics and tools.
- Bilingual (English and French).
- Experience working with nonprofit, government-funded, or public-interest brands.
