Content strategist (Canada Summer Jobs 2026)

We’re looking for a Content Strategist to join our team for a short-term, hands-on role focused on lifecycle marketing and content testing. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience working on real campaigns, learn how marketing automation works behind the scenes, and contribute to meaningful projects.

Job Tasks

  • Support the setup, QA, and improvement of automated email and push notification journeys
  • Assist in building and testing content variations for lifecycle messages (welcome flows, reminders, re-engagement)
  • Conduct simple A/B tests and help monitor performance metrics (open rate, click-through rate, conversions)
  • Label, organize, and prepare content assets (copy and creative)
  • Help with data cleanliness tasks, such as audience tagging and segmentation hygiene
  • Document processes, learnings, and testing insights for the marketing team

Role Details

  • Role length: 8 weeks
  • This is a short-term position. At this time, we cannot confirm or provide any assurances that a full-time role will open up after the 8 weeks

Key Eligibility Requirements

  • Age: Must be between 15 and 30 years old at the beginning of the employment period
  • Citizenship/Residency: Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or a person with officially conferred refugee protection
  • Legally entitled to work: Must possess a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN)
  • International Students: International students, including those on visitor or work visas, are not eligible
