Join the team behind Canoo and help shape a real product used by newcomers across Canada. As a Product Experience Intern, you will work on research, testing, content updates, and small AI-powered tasks that make the product smarter and more helpful. This role is ideal for someone curious about how digital products come to life and excited to try new tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Support user research and usability tests
- Test new features and report bugs
- Update content and translations in Directus
- Use AI tools to speed up research and QA
- Assist with tagging and data cleanup for future AI features
- Join brainstorms, sprint meetings, and product reviews
- Work with designers and engineers on real projects

Role Details
- Role length: 8 weeks
- This is a short-term position. At this time, we cannot confirm or provide any assurances that a full-time role will open up after the 8 weeks
Key Eligibility Requirements
- Age: Must be between 15 and 30 years old at the beginning of the employment period
- Citizenship/Residency: Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or a person with officially conferred refugee protection
- Legally entitled to work: Must possess a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN)
- International Students: International students, including those on visitor or work visas, are not eligible
